We have the right to refuse Orders. Pick-ups are for Peel Region only.  Posted prices are for clients located in the GTA and Peel Region area.  Outside these regions or if your area does not appear in the quote utility, please contact our office. 

While we strive to exceed our clients' expectations and complete your Order as requested, we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control including but not limited to courthouse staffing shortages, traffic conditions, receipt of documents via courier, improperly completed documents, and inaccurate information provided for service.
